PAYMENT OPTIONS



Arizona Water Company provides a variety of ways to pay your water bill:

• Automatic ("SurePay")
• Online
• Mail
• Local Office
• Automatic ("SurePay")

SurePay is the easy automatic way to pay your bill even if you are out of town. SurePay is a program where you authorize your financial institution and Arizona Water Company to transfer the amount due shown on your monthly water bill from your checking or savings account to your Arizona Water Company account. About 10 days before the transfer, Arizona Water Company will send you a copy of your water bill. That way, you will always know, several days in advance, when the transfer will occur and the amount of your bill.

• Online Payment through Bank or Third-Party Entity

You may authorize payment of your bills by using online bill paying services offered by many banks and third-party entities, such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Bank One, and Yahoo Bill Pay. Be sure to provide your Arizona Water Company Account Number to the online bill paying service. If they request that your monthly bill be sent to them directly, call or visit your local Arizona Water Company office to complete a Customer Information Change form.


• Mail

For your convenience, Arizona Water Company provides a return envelope with your monthly water bill. Use the return envelope to mail in your check. If you've misplaced the return envelope, address an envelope to:
