Public Notice - Water Main Improvements at Florence Street and Ash Avenue, Casa Grande
March 16, 2026, 3:00 pm

Starting in the third week of March, Arizona Water Company will begin improving water infrastructure near the intersection of Florence Street and Ash Avenue. Customers along Ash Avenue from Green Avenue to west of Florence Street will soon be served with larger, newer water mains and have new water meters installed at the front of their houses. A customer service line will also be placed to connect to the existing meter area. Replacing this water main mitigates the need for future repairs and reduces water loss. Additionally, this project helps to set the stage for the City of Casa Grande to begin roadway improvements along Florence Street starting in the 3rd quarter of 2026.

These improvements and the installation will be made at no out-of-pocket cost to customers. Arizona Water Company and its contractor, Ellison-Mills, require an access agreement to be able to install the new customer service line. Over the next few weeks, we will be leaving information on your door handle, as well as on our website www.azwater.com, regarding this project and a copy of the access agreement.

You can also download a copy of the access agreement provided with this email and then email it directly to our Casa Grande office to [email protected]. You can also drop the completed access agreement off at our office at 318 N. Marshall Street, Casa Grande, AZ 85122. If you have questions regarding the project, please call us at (520) 836-8785.
