Water Service Information Request

Arizona Water Company will provide formal response to your inquiry on providing water service to your property. Please complete the inquiry request form that corresponds with your request. If additional information is required, Development Services will contact you directly to obtain additional information.

Water Service Information Request - Residential (Less than 5 parcels)
Complete this request if you are inquiring on water service for single family residential lots of less than 5 parcels.

1. Arizona Water Company will provide a formal response, which will include:
1. Signed cover letter
2. Preliminary cost estimate
3. Section map identifying, property, existing water facilities, and proposed water facilities
2. An Agreement for Service Connection is prepared after you have notified Arizona Water Company of your request to proceed.

Water Service Information Request - Residential (5 parcels or more)
Complete this request if you are inquiring on water service for single family residential lots of greater than 5 parcels.

1. Arizona Water Company will coordinate an introductory meeting of the project to determine the method of providing water service.
2. Arizona Water Company will prepare a Preliminary Agreement with request for deposit for the owner of the property.
3. Arizona Water Company will provide a formal response to the owner’s engineer, which will include:
1. Preliminary Submittal Letter – includes Arizona Water Company design standards to help guide in the preparation of formal plans and water report.
2. Fire Flow Letter - Fire authority will determine fire protection requirements
3. Installation of Public Fire Hydrant - Fire authority will determine approval of proposed public fire hydrant location, if applicable.

Water Service Information Request – Commercial/Industrial/Multi-Family
Complete this request if you are inquiring on water availability to a proposed commercial/industrial/multi-family development.

1. Arizona Water Company will coordinate an introductory meeting of the project to determine the method of providing water service.
2. Arizona Water Company will provide a formal response to the owner’s engineer, which will include:
1. Preliminary Submittal Letter – includes Arizona Water Company design standards to help guide in the preparation of formal plans and water report.

Water Service Information Request – Will Serve Letter
Complete this request if you are inquiring on water availability to a property, and do not require a cost estimate.

1. Arizona Water Company will provide a formal response, which will include:
1. Signed cover letter
2. Service area map
3. Map identifying the property, and existing water facilities, if applicable.

Water Service Information Request –Water Utility Conflict Plan Review
Complete this request if you are requesting a utility conflict review of proposed improvements near Arizona Water Company water facilities.

Provide Arizona Water Company, Development Services with a transmittal letter, plans, and CAD files.

Development Services will review your project once all required submittal documents are received. Please allow up to 45 business days to complete first review of your request prior to contacting the Company.

1. Arizona Water Company will provide a formal response, which will include:
1. Signed cover letter
2. Section Map
3. Comments to review of documents
4. Schedule any required review meetings, if applicable
