Project Description: Construct 5 Fire Hydrants for the Cottonwood Gardens Subdivision

Bid Due Date and Time: March 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM

Location for Submission:Locations for submission: Bids must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Bid submittals must include the Contractor’s name and “PE 2594 Cottonwood Gardens Fire Hydrants” in the subject line. Bids must be accompanied by SOQ demonstrating the Contractor's capability at installing the size and quantity of water main pipe described in the bids. Bids must also include a Certificate of Insurance ("COI") to confirm the Contractor's insurance meets AWC's requirements. AWC's insurance requirements can be found in the Construction Specifications linked below.

Opening Location and Time There will be no public bid opening.

Location for Submission: Bids for both the 16-inch and 24-inch water mains shall be submitted via email to [email protected]. Bid submittals must include the Contractor’s name and “3-7404 Overfield Road Transmission Main” in the subject line. Bids must be accompanied by SOQ demonstrating the Contractor's capability at installing the size and quantity of water main pipe described in the bids. Bids must also include a Certificate of Insurance ("COI") to confirm the Contractor's insurance meets AWC's requirements. AWC's insurance requirements can be found in the Construction Specifications linked below.
