The Arizona Water Association announced that Arizona Water Company’s Entire Customer Service Team won the first annual Customer Service Team of the Year Award. The award recognizes AWC employee’s commitment to providing excellent customer service to its over 104,000 customers across Arizona.
Since 1955, AWC has maintained physical offices in many of the areas it serves. Currently, there are twelve regional offices that provide full customer service activities. During the COVID-19 pandemic and while others shut down, AWC Customer Service Representatives (“CSR”) persevered and provided critical services to our customers.
Mayors from the Town of Superior and the City of Coolidge lent their support by sending letters of recommendation to the selection committee for the inaugural award.
Mayor Besich of the Town of Superior said, “Arizona Water Company’s customer service staff are friendly and familiar faces who remain vested in the Town of Superior.”
Mayor Thompson of the City of Coolidge said, “In our community of Coolidge, Arizona Water Company has continued to invest in the City by not only expanding its physical service center in 2022, but also adding more customer service staff to its Coolidge service center.”
